Los Gatos Dog & Cat Hospital was founded in 1947 by Dr. Martin Fremont, just a short walk from where our current facility now stands. What began as a small, one-doctor practice at the edge of a sleepy town has grown into a thriving veterinary hospital at the heart of a vibrant community.
In 1980, the hospital was passed on to Dr. Kyle Frandle, who helped shape our reputation for thoughtful, thorough care. After moving to our current location in 1989 (just in time to weather the Loma Prieta earthquake!), we continued building on the legacy of personalized service, advanced veterinary medicine, and enduring client relationships.
Today, our practice has grown to include a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff who share a common purpose: to make every visit positive, informative, and tailored to your pet’s unique needs.
